የአዲሱ የKIA ቦርድ የመጀመሪያ ስብሰባ ተካሄደ! አዲስ የተመረጠው የኮንሶ ምሁራን ማህበር (KIA) ቦርድ የመጀመሪያ ስብሰባውን ትላንት፣ መስከረም 3/2019 ዓ.ም፣ በበይነመረብ አካሂዷል። በአዲሱ ዓመት መጀመሪያ የተካሄደው ይህ የመጀመሪያ የቦርድ ስብሰባ፣ አዲስ የተመረጠው ቦርድ በቀጣይ የሥራ ዘመኑ የሚመራበትን ዓመታዊ የሥራ መርሐ ግብር በመወያየትና በማዘጋጀት ተጀምሯል። በስብሰባውም ማህበሩ ባለፉት 4 ዓመታት ያሳለፈው ጉዞ፣ ያከናወናቸው ሥራዎችና ያስመዘገባቸው ውጤቶች በስፋት ተገምግመዋል። በግምገማውም የታዩ ክፍተቶችን ለመሙላት፣ ያሉትን ጠንካራ ጎኖች ለማጠናከር እና በቀጣይ የሥራ ዘመን የበለጠ ውጤታማ አፈጻጸም ለማስመዝገብ አቅጣጫዎች ተቀምጠዋል። በተጨማሪም፣ በሚቀጥሉት 4 ዓመታት KIA ምን ደረጃ መድረስ እንዳለበት በጥልቀት በመመልከት፣ ከማህ

እንኳን ለ2019 ዓ.ም. አዲስ ዓመት በሰላም አደረሳችሁ! እንቁጣጣሽ እንኳን ደህና መጣሽ! እንቁ ለጣትሽ፣ እንቁ ለጣታችን! ለመላው የኮንሶ ምሁራን ያለኝ መልዕክት አዲሱ ዓመት አዲስ ተስፋ፣ አዲስ ጉልበትና አዲስ የሥራ መነሳሳት ይዞ መጥቷል። ይህንን አዲስ ዓመት ስንቀበል የኮንሶ ምሁራን ሁሉ አንድ ላይ ቆመን፣ ተያይዘንና ተባብረን ለማኅበረሰባችን የሚጠቅም ሥራ እንሥራ። ተያይዘን እንሥራ! በአንድነት እንቁም! በእውቀታችን ማኅበረሰባችንን እናግዝ! ምሁራን በእውቀታቸው፣ በሙያቸውና በተሞክሯቸው ለማኅበረሰብ ትልቅ አቅም ናቸው። ይህን አቅም በተናጠል ሳይሆን በመተባበር ስናሰባስብ የምንፈጥረው ተፅዕኖ ከእያንዳንዳችን የተናጠል አቅም በላይ ይሆናል። ተያይዘን ከሠራን፣ የሚወዱን የበለጠ ያከብሩናል፤ የሚጠሉንም ይፈሩናል። ለማኅበራችን ክፋት ያሰቡም የአንድነታች
