The Konso Intellectual Association (KIA) proudly extends its warmest and heartfelt congratulations to Rev, Dr. Aschalew Korra Garra, Cofounder of KIA, esteemed Board Member, and Director and Owner of Levi Impact Institute, on successfully earning his Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Organizational Leadership from the International Graduate School of Management (IGSM), USA.


This outstanding accomplishment reflects a lifelong commitment to learning, servant leadership, and excellence. It is not only a proud milestone for Rev, Dr. Aschalew and his family but also an inspiration to the Konso community, Ethiopia, and all who aspire to transform society through education and leadership.


Born in Dekato Village, Konso Zone, South Ethiopia, Dr. Aschalew began his educational journey at Konso Mekane Yesus Elementary School and Konso High School. His passion for learning led him to pursue studies at several distinguished institutions, including Alemaya University, Addis Ababa University, Evangelical Theological College (ETC), Addis Ababa, Amanuel Hospital, EECMY Seminary, International Institute of Christian Management (USA), Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology (EGST), and most recently the International Graduate School of Management (USA).

For many years, Dr. Aschalew has faithfully served as a lecturer, educator, church leader, counselor, coach, mentor, author, and community leader. His professional experience includes serving at Dilla University, Hawassa University, International Leadership University, several private colleges and universities, and Levi Impact Institute. He has also served as Administration and Social Service Head at Addis Ababa Mekane Yesus Church, contributed as a board member of various NGOs, and authored the book "ቅይጥነት የዘመኑ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ነቀርሳ/Syncretism, the cancer of our sge Church."


As the Founder and Director of Levi Impact Institute, he has dedicated himself to developing ethical leaders, strengthening institutions, and empowering individuals through education, counseling, coaching, mentoring, and professional training.
